Warranty Terms:

All items sold on EBay, come with a 14 days return accepted policy at full refund minus shipping fees. After the first 14 days of item purchase date, the following warranty terms will apply.

We guarantee our products are free of operational defects and are in good operational condition (unless stated otherwise in the advertisement i.e. “sold AS-IS” or stating that a certain function is inoperable).  When stated in the product advertisement, We shall warranty product new or used for a set period from date of purchase.  If there is not a warranty period explicitly stated, the product will not be covered by any warranty.  If an issue arises with your purchase please contact Us via EBay messages and refer to item serial number or EBay item number. to obtain A Return Authorization.  When contacting Us please reference the the model number, equipment type , serial number and date of purchase. If a Technical Support Agent determines that your product will need repair a shipping label will be provided to you through email and you will be required to pack the defective items according to  FedEx packing guidelines.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to pack all equipment properly to minimize  the possibility of damage during shipping.  If It is determined that repair is not feasible the  purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to you.   With large products and under  certain circumstances New Life Bio may contract, at our discretion, with an experienced third party to repair the equipment on site.  If your product qualifies for warranty repair 100% of costs from shipping, labor, and parts will be  covered by Us within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days buyer pays to ship the product to us for repair and we pay for the repair parts, labor and shipping back to customer. 

Warranty doesn't cover Physical damage or abuse such as dropping the product , water damage or obvious misuse and handling. Please keep the Warranty Tamper proof sticker on product all the time during the warranty period time. The warranty Tamper proof assure us that product was never opened or any parts were taken out or replaced.
