This is a very good recording of Berlioz Romeo et Juliette (Romeo and Juliet) performed by Patrica Kern, Robert Tear, John Shirley-Quirk and the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Colin Davis.

It's a complete recording on one tape,

Please see the included libretto booklet, also in very good condition, for the complete text and details of the performers.

This is on Philips PTP 909 and recorded in 4 track stereo at 3 3/4 ips, a notably good example of a commercially recorded 3 3/4 ips tape, highly sought after on vinyl and very rare on tape.

This comes from a lot I've recently purchased for my own collection and I'm listing some duplicates, tapes that are selections from complete pieces and material that is not entirely to my taste. All tapes are play tested on one of my own tape decks before listing and I check for no signs of oxide shed during play or fast winding.

This rare and quality set will be shipped carefully packed via Media Mail or Priority Mail as you choose.
