Sz 7.5 D.  Bottom of soles measure approx. 11 3/8" long and 3 7/8" wide at widest part.  

Good pre-owned condition. Minor pull to one gore panel (on the inside of the shoe) and some wear to soles.  Pull tab has been repaired.  Please see all photos for further indication of wear and condition.
