If it damaged by the courier (READ note), or it doesn't function as advertised we are more than happy to replace it and rectified the mistake.

Warranty
Unless otherwise state USED item come with 3 month return to base warranty, if item dead on arrival return cost will be on us (the seller).
FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PLEASE EMAIL ebay@colindalerabbit.co.uk with item number and paypal transaction number.
Mis-used of ebay return, and fraudulent claim
claim of faulty item, none working, none compatible and use ebay buyer protection will be reported to ebay. If the item wasn't function as advertised seller is obliged and happy to replace or refund in full. In unlikely event item is faulty after 48 hours of delivered, buyer require to summit HP iLO faulty capscreen or Dell OpenManage capscreen describe of the faults or smart start test log summit to support their case. Change of mind purchase of used item need to return under buyer own cost, new sealed item is not returnable if it was open sealed or deployed (new item returned found out used by buyer will subject to 20% restocking fee)
In the unlikely event, if this item was damaged by handling courier. Vissible damaged on box, buyer need to send seller 3 picture for summit a claim. (1 outer box picture, 1 internal picture, 1 picture with sign of damaged) Return cost will be on seller, seller will send a replacement as soon as damaged unit collect or refund in full. If damaged wasnt been claim within 24 hours when delivered, claim of damaged will strike out by courier.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Due to time constraint, we dont zero VAT for purchase below £500 ex-VAT for EU client with valid VIES. Only send message to seller with purchase over £500.00 ex-VAT.
