All my items come from my SMOKE-FREE home! Please be aware that my house is feline & canine friendly. I do have 3 CATS & 2 DOGS, I try my best to keep them (& their flying fur!) away from everything, but you know how that goes, it's nearly an impossible feat. I have pretty bad allergy sensitivities, if any of my items have ANY issues w/ them, fragrance etc, you can rest assured that I'll tell you about it up-front in the listing. Most of my items do not because (obviously) it affects the allergies. ;)
Cheapest shipping option is offered; this is usually First Class when less than 13 ounces. Priority shipping quote is available as another option in the drop-down menu. :)

I do add $1.00 to cover the cost of padded mailers, packing materials, fees eBay charges sellers (even on shipping costs) as well as for supplies such as tape.
I choose to start bids lower in the first place while having a small fee to help offset the costs associated w/ selling & shipping.
No hidden fees or surprise charges, no nonsense at all - everything is clearly stated up front.

Contact is expected w/in 3 days of auction end. Payment is expected w/in 7 days of auction end. Non-payment will result in a non-paying bidder report & formal complaint being filed.

Items sold "As-Is" & are described to the best of our ability. We are not liable for damage incurred during shipping due to mishandling or accident at the shipping facility or while in transit. Obviously, we have no control over such things but we DO make EVERY effort to package items securely to ensure as safe a trip through processing as possible! Insurance is no longer an option as eBay has removed this feature; sellers can no longer offer it separately. If you would like insurance, feel free to contact me & I can get a quote through the USPS website. But you will need to wait for an invoice from me before you can pay, so that I can add the cost to your total.
