TH Triple Pate a Feu, Limoges, France mark, R. & G. CAGIATI & O,  ROME mark and Theodore Haviland Limoges mark. 

Also, there is an incised mark. TH 9?

7 1/8" round and 3" high. The cover has a handle. There is a small black mark on the underside of the cover. 

White porcelain with rose pattern with fluted edges.

Excellent condition.
