Beautiful BCHR Fountain Pen

This pen is a mystery to me, I have no idea of the maker. But it looks extremely well made and of good quality.
If anyone has any information regarding the pen it would be much appreciated.

I would guess that it dates to the 1920's

Finished in BCHR with no discolouration, and no damage at all.
It has a 14ct hearthole nib.

The clip and band are either silver plated or silver, I'm not sure. But they look in superb condition.
The chasing is still deep and strong and the colour is a lovely deep black.

It is quite a large pen measuring:
5½ inches capped
7 inches posted

A new sac has been fitted as the old one had perished. The remnants of the old sac did not have any ink residue, so maybe the pen has not been used, it would explain why the pen is in such pristine condition.
