I purchased this MacBook and refurbished it myself. It works very well, in fact I am typing on it right now. it is basically a brand new Mac that is reset to factory settings. Details include:

Cosmetic:

For the cosmetic grading, I would give it an honest 8/10. This is because most of the scratches are on the bottom which no one will notice. Also the scratches on the top of the case are simply few and far between, but they are there and can be covered with a sticker easily if you wish to do so. I also replaced all of the bottoms black bumpers so that there is no issue there.

Screen:

The screen is in excellent A+ condition with no scratches whatsoever on it. The only issue that I had with the screen is that the hinge is a tiny bit loose when opening the case, but really not noticeable when using it and is not a problem in the least bit.

Hard Drive:

There is a 250 GB storage Hard Disk Drive included within the computer. The main thing that needed a repair was the hard drive cable inside, so I replaced that and it is running like new.

Battery:

The battery for the system is also new and runs like its new as well. The Mac when fully charged and being used constantly, can hold a charge for approximately 4 hours, which is precisely how long they have been tested to hold the charge for.

Keyboard and Touchpad:

These two features work tremendously on this computer with everything being exactly the way it should be.

Memory (Ram):

This unit includes 4 GB of memory in the system. works wonderfully and can be upgraded if you wis but not at all necessary.

Operating System:

The operating system has been updated to OS X Sierra 10.12.

Charger:

The charger is included and is not the official Apple MacBook charger but works just as well if not better and is in great condition.
