We pride ourself's in telling it like it is.  We are humans and sometimes mistakes are made but we are fair and will work with you to make things right for both parties.

FEEDBACK POLICY

We leave feedback once we receive feedback.  We prefer it this way because when we see your feedback we know you have received your product and you are happy.

COMMUNICATION

We try to respond to all my messages within hours or less (with very few exceptions).  Please keep in mind we are a brick and mortar store with normal working hours. 

SHIPPING

Fast payment from a buyer usually means fast shipping from us.  We will gladly combine shipping if you buy more then one item.  Do not worry, if the ebay shipping cart does not combine your purchase we will refund you the difference.

We ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex and will choose the cheaper of the three (unless you request a carrier, or the item is to large for USPS).

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

Wining bidder is responsible for all shipping and/or custom charges.

USPS Priority Mail is the most affordable option but still shipping overseas is not inexpensive.  Also most international shipments shipped via USPS can take ask long as six weeks for delivery.  If you buy from across the work please take this into consideration
