HP motherboard model M2N68-LA Rev:6.02 with an AMD AthlonII X2-220(2.8GHz), 3GB ram, and I/O shield. Pulled from a working unit, tested for power, posts to BIOS, boots to Windows without any issues.

Also inspected visually for: (checked for electrical arcs on/across board, no bent connections, no mushrooming visible, no damaged or missing components). Used RAM, tested using Memtest86+ 5.01 for AT LEAST ONE FULL PASS, shown to be 100% functional with zero errors.
