Shipping occurs day after payment is made M-F. No weekend
shipping. Special shipping instructions should be requested prior
to buying.

Damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged, please email a picture of the damage.
In most cases, a full refund will be given and no further action is
needed. In some cases, a partial refund or a return will then be
discussed. A damaged item should NEVER be returned at our expense without
first contacting us to discuss.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on
International sales. Domestic buyers - Buyer pays return shipping. Item
must be in the original condition in order to receive a full refund. For
example, if the box is sealed, it must be returned sealed. A refund of
the cost of the item will be promptly made upon the return of the item in the
same condition that it was sent. Insurance is strongly recommended to
protect yourself especially if you are not an experienced packer.
