I ship out the day of or at most two days after I receive payment (PAYPAL ONLY).  If I do not receive payment or communication regarding payment, I will open an unpaid item case once that window opens. I combine shipping as well which will be 50% off for each additional item or I will cap it and charge one flat rate depending on the number of purchases in order to give an at cost rate. 

Domestic shipping is free. International shipping is calculated. It will cost you what it costs me to ship. Surcharges will apply to all US territories and states not apart of the continental 48 US states (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
