Shipping Info

Domestic USA Shipping

USPS First Class Shipping is free for all orders within continental United States. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. Orders generally ship within 2 business days from when payment has cleared. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped.

We will refund and not reship items that are unsigned for, missed delivery, or are returned to us because of an insufficient address. If you are needing your item's shipping time to be expedited, please pay for upgraded shipping and shoot us a message.

International Shipping

Monaco Watch Co. does NOT assess duties for an international orders, furthermore International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of you the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All international shipments cost $25.

Payments

We only accept orders which are approved by paypal (eCheck Payments are shipped after they clear). To ensure that your order gets approved please make sure your orders are done with a verified Paypal account.

Restocking Fee

Orders that contain some sort of defect or damage through shipment will NOT be subject to any return fee. Orders returned for other reasonings that are not approved will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us directly if you face any issues with your order and we will be sure to take care of you.

Domestic Tax

All orders shipped within the State of TEXAS are charged with sales tax of 8.25%. We don't charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of the State of TEXAS.

Returns Policy

30 Day Return Policy

All returns must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, we are no longer responsible - no exceptions!

All returns must be inspected and approved by us before the return is finalized.

Contact us through eBay messaging to get approval of the return.

Please allow up to 10 days after we receives the watch to process the return and issue credit.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee to cover fees incurred.
