We make every attempt to show our listings as they truly are. If the pictures or descriptions are not clear, please contact me.  Positive Feedback is very important to us. We strive to always have repeat customers that have a great experience shopping at our store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we can resolve the issue together.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

We do offer combined shipping for multiple purchases. If multiple of a single listing is purchased, actual shipping cost is provided at the time of purchase. Shipping cost are calculated and based on your zip code. 

We are a member of the Global Shipping Program in order to accommodate customers in other countries.

SHIPPING TIME:

Your item will be shipped the next business day after cleared payment has been received. You will receive shipping notification through eBay shipping or through PayPal shipping when your item is mailed. PLEASE be sure your shipping address is correct with PayPal AND eBay.  Additional shipping charges will apply if an item has to be reshipped due to an invalid address.

Most of the items listed come from estate sales, auctions, garage sales, consignments and/or private sales. As such, I normally don't know the history of the item nor how it was stored.

China Listings:  I will never knowingly list an item with a chips or cracks unless stated in the listing description.  Listings are for sets unless otherwise specified.
