All my items are sent either tracked courier (for larger items), or second class signed for, with Royal Mail; this covers the majority of items. First Class Signed For and Next Day Delivery by 1pm is also available.
I aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of payment being received.

I do accept returns, but not in all circumstances; I do not accept returns if you decide an item is not to your taste once arrived,(you do not like the colour, you do not need it any more, you do not like the feel of the fabric etc).
I describe all my items thoroughly so there should be no problem in items not being as described.
I believe I am very truthful regarding the condition of items and like to pride myself on the condition of my possessions, which can be clarified by my feedback.
If an item, such as clothing does not fit, I am willing to accept a return, but the buyer must pay for return postage costs and then a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned in it's original, un-tampered condition. :)

If you are purchasing multiple items or waiting for an auction to end, please do not worry if a case has opened.
