This stunning 9ct gold Zenith is working and excellent time.

                    I have time checked it over 24 hours and it is not one minute out.

 The dial is ivory in colour and has a little. It is signed Zenith and Swiss Made

 The hour details are gold, as are the hands.

 

  

 The acrylic has been replaced and is in excellent condition.

 

The case is constructed from solid 9k gold. 

 The back bares the hallmark details to the inside.

 There is an inscription to the rear. Dated to 1960.

 The back is screwed shut.

The case measures 34.mm in diameter. This excludes the crown.

The crown does not bare the Zenith logo. 

 

The movement is hand-winding. 

 It is of cal 40, fitted with 17 jewels.

 

 The movement is in an excellent, good clean condition as shown in the photo.  

 The Cal 40 is a fantastic movement, one for the purists.

 It is a great example. One of the cleanest movements I have seen in a vintage watch.

 

The watch is fitted with a black leather strap. 

It is also keeping extremely good time and should be a very good, reliable, every day, working watch.
