Case: Rolled gold hinged case with inside dust cover. Serial Number 464316 matching on both cases. Case marked Star Dennison Watch Case Co. The dust cover is engraved English Make Guaranteed to Wear 10 Years. Overall the case is in very good condition with some areas of plate loss and some dents and scratches on the case back. There is also a small watch repairer's repair mark on the inside of the case back. Crown winder with bow present in the 12 o'clock position working smoothly.  

Dial : The dial is a lovely clean white enamel marked Waltham USA with subsidiary dial and sweep hand at 6 o'clock position. Central hands in good condition and are blued steel. Black Roman numerals with minute markers to the outside chapter ring. There are some hairlines from 11/12 o'clock to centre and some hairlines near the subsidiary dial as well at the 5 o'clock position. Snap on bezel and plexi glass crystal intact and in very good condition.  

Movement : Movement is marked 17324000 dating the watch to 1908. It is engraved Waltham Watch Co. Mass. 15 jewels. The movement is beautifully damaskeened and looks to be in very clean condition. Stem and top crown hand wound spring with going barrel and lever escapement with precision regulator adjustment.
