Charming and colorful vintage watercolor (and gouache?) depicting what appears to be the Hotel Carlton in Cannes, France. Unsigned but seems to show the influence of modernist Roual Dufy. Based on the age of paper and toning, I would date this from the 1940's/50's.
Not framed. Original linen mat. Painting is not attached to mat.
