As a Buyer, you are responsible for informing yourself of the listing terms below and completing the transaction for which you've entered into contract. You are responsible for the activity of your own account. If you cannot conduct yourself respectfully, bid elsewhere. We strive to provide excellent service under the terms of the listing & items just as they are depicted here, not necessarily for a flawless feedback rating. In the event of a mistake, delay, etc., communication is key for all parties.

SHIPPING: We do provide combined shipping discounts for multiple purchases whenever possible. We typically require 3 business days for processing orders prior to shipping; we are not available on weekends or holidays (so no need for a rudely toned email demanding the whereabouts of an item you purchased over the weekend on the following Monday). All items ship with tracking info & tracking numbers will be updated upon shipment. International shipping is often available via the Global Shipping Program (email prior to bidding for combined international shipping details; we are not responsible for customs charges).

BIDDING & PAYMENT must be received within 3 days of listing close, no exceptions unless prior arrangement is made. Paypal only. Buyers who fail to meet payment terms will forfeit their item, it will be relisted & a non-paying-bidder case will be opened with eBay. Buyers who do not abide by these terms or complete a transaction will be blocked, reported and appropriate feedback will still be left. If you are unable to place a bid, it is most likely because you have been blocked by our buyer requirements filter, and we do not make exception to those.

RETURNS/REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS: Returns are not accepted. Only in extenuating circumstances will a return or cancelation be considered. If an item arrives with any issues, please notify us asap, particularly if any damage occurs during transit. In these rare cases we try to offer our buyers options in order to reach a quick, fair & satisfactory resolution - but if you do not give us an opportunity to resolve, we cannot help you. Cancelation requests must have a valid reason. For example, we are not responsible for your child's access to your account, your failure to read listing terms that have been clearly defined for you, nor do we accommodate impulsive waffling because you've changed your mind or found a preferable price elsewhere after payment has been sent. We try not to waste your time - if you're interested in wasting ours, we promise you'll only waste your own.
