This is a used pen in excellent to near mint condition. Any signs of use are only visible under the magnifying glass.

This fine writing instrument was crafted in Germany by Montblanc. The pen body is approximately 5 7/8 inches long with the cap on. This pen is the largest size made by Montblanc. The body is made with Montblanc's jet black precious resin and is accented with goldplated clip, cap end, and back end ring (see original photos).

The pen has an oblique broad (OB) point nib that is hand crafted with solid 18K gold and platinum inlay. The nib is in pristine condition. The nib has the following markings: 4810, M, 18K, MONTBLANC, and 750 on it.

The pen has a piston filling mechanism that operates by twisting the end of the pen. The pen body has a clear ink level indicator ring. "MONTBLANC MEISTERSTUCK No. 149 Pix" is engraved onto the center ring of the cap. The clip ring has "GERMANY" and the serial number "VN1202601" engraved on it.

There is a white star inlaid on the top of the pen.
