This auction is for a highly detailed, Artist Proof Fell Beast and Morgul Lord Statue. The hand painted statue depicts the Morgul Lord atop his winged beast perched on a rocky outcropping. This statue was sought after as it is the only depiction of the Fell Beast in Sideshow’s The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King statue series. Released in 2003, this statue was limited to a 3,000 piece edition as well as a small number of Artists Proofs, which were reserved for the movie studio executives, the filmmakers and Sideshow partners. Item has the original color box. Included in this auction is one of the original, year 2003, 6”w x 9”H full color, glossy postcard LOTR collectible ads, featuring the Fell Beast.

This statue carries slight paint color fluctuations across the fell beast and rock formations caused from the hand painted nature. The overall surface seems to be clean of imperfections such as white spots, paint dabs, etc. This item will include the original color box, standardized packing materials and original shipper box. The color box has small creases and some minor scuffs and wear from our product team inspection process. The original factory seals (tape) were broken and some of the packing tissue paper was torn during the inspection process as well. 

This AP Fell Beast and Morgul Lord Statue will be sent to you in the ‘as is’ condition described by the text and as seen with all the details and any imperfections displayed in the photos provided. Some times these small imperfections caused by the hand casted and hand painted nature of the item is part of the charm of owning this unique collectible!

 

Payment details:

Payment expected to be completed in U.S. dollars within five business days from close of auction. Visa, Master Card, American Express cards, and International Bank wires accepted. No Visa Electron cards, international debit cards, Paypal payments or CODs accepted.

* Buyers who do not meet the payment deadline for whatever reason, will have their auction cancelled for non-payment and be reported to Ebay. The item will then be offered to the next highest bidder.

 

Shipment details:

We will be shipping your item via a traceable service and require you to sign for the delivery. Sideshow Collectibles will also insure the shipment. Your item will ship within five business days from receipt of payment. If your item does not come in the original shipper box, then it will packaged in another shipping carton.

 

Returns / Refunds:

All items were opened and inspected by our production team and photographed for auction purposes. We have disclosed as much detailed information about each of our auction items as well as provided photos from different angles to make sure all bidders are making informed decisions. All items are sold as is and as such we will NOT provide a refund for any auction items based on imperfections or damages that we disclosed within the auction either through text or photos. 

Your Fell Beast has its original color packaging, which we will box within a larger shipping carton, thus it should arrive to you unharmed and as advertised.
This auction item is for a unique item and in most cases cannot be replaced. If your item is lost in transit by the shipper, then you will receive a complete refund. 
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for shipping damages to any original or standard shipper cartons. Shipper cartons are meant to protect the item in transit and are intended to take wear and tear inflicted by the shipping process.
