All of our cartridges meet OEM specifications, and were manufactured under ISO 9001 standards. Over 95% orders ship same day.

Shipping Policy :

A. Contiguous 48 States :
- All of orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you indicate specific shipping methods. UPS Ground is our default shipping method. However, item(s) under 2 LBS will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). (1-5 business days average delivery. UPS Ground Shipping is not valid outside the 48 contiguous states.)
- We reserve the right to bill customer for address correction if the shipping address provided by customer is wrong.
- All copier toners will ship in 2 business days.
- All shipping for MICR laser toner cartridges depend on inventory. Buyer will be notified of shipping schedule within 24 hours via e-mail.

B. Canada
- All of orders will be shipped via UPS Standard Canada unless you indicate specific shipping methods. (2-9 business days average delivery.)
- All shipping charge is based on UPS or USPS Real Time Rate and will be charged later. Free Shipping is not valid outside the 48 contiguous states.

C. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Guam, AS, FM, MH, MP, NT, PE, PR, PW, and US Virgin Islands
- Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority or Media Mail unless you indicate specific shipping methods.(2-9 business days average delivery.)
- All shipping charge is based on UPS or USPS Real Time Rate and will be charged later. Free Shipping is not valid outside the 48 contiguous states.

D. Calculate Transit Time in Contiguous 48 States
* UPS Ground: West coast : 1-2 days, Central region : 3-4 days, East coast : 4-5 days.
* USPS Priority Mail : Contiguous 48 States : 2-4 days

Return Policy :

1. You have to return the cartridges that you want replaced or your money refunded and they must still be at least 70% filled.
2. If you order the wrong cartridge or cartridge is defective, you are going to have to pay for shipping the cartridge back to us, but don't worry we'll foot the bill to re-ship you the correct cartridge.
3. You have to return the exact same cartridges that you purchased from us. In some case customer return wrong cartridges that we do not sell, you can't get any refund or replacement. Other than these three restrictions, we will refund for 30 days or replace your inkjet and toner cartridges for 90 days.
4. Please note that freight is non-refundable.
