Absolutely Gorgeous RARE Natural Blue Jade Buddha with Russet Brown Inclusions! This is some of the prettiest, creamy Jade colors I've had the pleasure to acquire! Owner described as Lavender Jade, which could be right. However, to me this is more blue than lavender. Extremely well carved Buddha holding his spiritual tools, one (looks like a Ruyi or Sceptre) above his head and smiling! Buddha is in a seated position with one foot on the ground and one folded in lotus position. There is a semi-round disk type shape behind Buddha also. I'm not sure if this is his Bag of Fortune?! This piece is in Mint Condition, with no cracks, breaks, chips, or repairs! This Buddha had no wood stand when I acquired him from an auction. However, I have some carved wood antique stands available that he sits upon quite nicely! This piece is approximately 2 1/2 inches wide, 3 1/2 inches tall, and is over 1 inch in depth. This weighs too much for my 100 gram scale! On my postal scale this weighs just shy of 1 lb and is showing .90 lbs!
