Please have a browse in our shop, you may find other items to help
you with your hobby or business. If you can’t find a
particular product please let us know and we will source it
for you. If you have a technical query about any of the
products, please feel free to contact us, we will
endeavour to help if we can.

Delivery:
We will despatch on the same day as long as your order if paid for before 2.00pm, there are a few
exceptions to this. If we get a run on a certain product, there could be a few days delay as we
 wait for restocking.

Guarantee:
All our products are guaranteed by us, if you are not completely satisfied, or you feel it is the wrong
item please let us know. In most cases we will refund or replace the item. All Second Hand items will
be identified in the title as ‘Second hand’ or ‘Used’, these items are not guaranteed, however in most
 cases, if you are not satisfied, we will accept a return and refund your money and costs.

Returns:
If not fully satisfied with your item within 7 days you may return it under the Distance Selling Regulations Act.
 Keep packing & delivery notes, return them + item intact. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced / refunded,
 but we must be advised on receipt, & returned to us within 7 days. If the item is found to be faulty, we will
 refund Royal Mail 2nd Class postage costs. No exchange or refund for any item after 30 days. Perfect items
 can be exchanged within 7 days, with postage costs paid by buyer (returned unopened and/or unused)

Payment:
We prefer payment via Pay Pal, but if this is not possible we will accept Postal Orders, Money Order,
or Cheques. Please note that the goods will not be despatched until we have cleared funds.
