Shipping Policy

We suggest our buyers to purchase the shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the lost or damaged items unless you have purchased insurance and can provide official documentation issued from their local post office about such a loss or damage.

We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable address. Buyer will be responsible for undeliverable postage and re-delivery  fee. 

For international shipping, we strongly recommend registered mail ($12.00 EXTRA), Non-registered packages, buyers are responsible for shipment lost, stolen & damage. We will NOT be responsible for any lost, stolen & damage if buyer did not use registered mail.

Discount: We Offer Combine Shipping Discount for purchasing multiple items, it is only eligible when payments for the items are made together. $2.00 shipping discount for each additional items.

We are not responsible for Customs charges.

 

Payment Terms

Accept PAYPAL only. NOT accept personal check or money order.

Payment is expected within 3 days after auction ended. Otherwise, item will be relisted and the buyer will be reported to eBay as 'NON PAYING BIDDER' after 15 days.

Warning will be sent to the NON-paying buyer after 7 days the auction ended.

If you pay us by e-check through PAYPAL, it takes 4-5 days for your check to be cleared.

 

Return Policy

We are happy to accept return any unused item in its original packaging

Must return within 3 days after received the item.

The return item has to be in it's original condition.

Buyer have to pay for the return shipment fee.

I'm able to ship a replacement item after receiving the returned item.

I'm able to refund your money without shipping & handling fee.
