Return Policy

This Item is Brand New. Faulty items must be reported to us within 2 days. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send a replacement.

When no replacement is available a full refund will be issued. You should return to us with the order number and a description of the fault. All returns must be pre authorized. Contact us immediately with the reason for your return.

We run a 7 days return policy for a refund. If you don't like the item you are responsible for return postage costs. The postage costs to send you the item will also be deducted.
