This is a super rare silver N950 prototype in excllent and full working condition. It is running the latest MeeGo Harmattan PR1.3 and it has several hardware differences from the normal black "developer" N950:

1. It has 64GB of internal storage instead of 16GB on Black models.

2. It has a different display, looks very different from normal black N950. Very likely is AMOLED as Nokia N9.

3. It has 512 MB of RAM. However, following http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=86752 you can add 468MB of native SWAP to the phone without damaging the storage (The same as the 250 MB SWAP on N9) and you will get almost 1GB of ram to run all the functions and tweaks of the OS. The SWAP will be enabled while shipping. However, if you flashed the device, you will need to apply the trick yourself again.

4. It has a curved screen, more like the N9 or Lumia 920, instead of the flat screen on black N950. (You can see from the picture.)

5. The slider is stronger and more solid than black models.

6. It has a physical camera shutter. (Not working on default camera app.)

7. There is no "Not for Sale" sign on the back.

8. Additional silver ring around the camera, also it shows "Carl Zeiss Tessar 12MP" under the camera (as shown from the picture). Also there is "N9" shown on keyboard.

9. Crossed screws on the back cover instead of hexagonal ones on black model.

This is the most finished model before it was cancelled as a commercial device. Apart from RAM it has a better hardware than the Black developer N950.
