What is "Exclusive Design Series" all about?

Beginning of 2013, we decided to launch a new line up in our existing product lineage, which would emphasis purely on blending the North American design aspect with European craftsmanship. In developing this process of assembly or rather reformation of the pieces, Sarah's Masterpiece Collection series was born. Collectively, Sarah's artistic nature combined the individual size aspect ratio to the boldness and usage of rare and vibrant materials to bring these pieces to life. This concept challenged us to create and offer our customer the flexibility to showcases their pieces as unique collaboration of art and style.

What can I expect from Sarah "MP Series"?

The MP Series is all about going big, bold and breaking through the boundaries of traditional artisan jewelry. The usage of ultra-rare and refined stones really make these pieces stand out for any occasion. Thus due to various combination of gem-stones, minerals and fossils enwrapped in our expert workmanship and factoring in the Sarah's final touch of style, these pieces can only be purchased through us.

Auction Terms

We base our auctions on "buy it now" and "best offer". The advantage to this is that you don't have to fight through hoard of bidders and monitor it every other hour just to win an item. Instead if you like the item you see in this auction, and you're comfortable with the suggested price, you can simply click "buy it now", otherwise you can submit a "best offer" of your choice. You'll get your reply within 2-5 hours time, and if the offer is accepted, the item will be sold to you. This way the entire process saves you time and effort as you can concentrate more on the purchase of the item you desire.

Payment Policy

Payments are accepted through PayPal. Payments are expected to be made within 3 days of purchase. We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Standard Order Processing time: Within 24 hours after cleared payment your item should leave our Vancouver Showroom. While we try to get all order out next business day we will notify customer of any delay that may happen.

US & Canada and all other shipments are via Canada Post Service Lite Package with ONLY. Estimated 3-5 business days delivery after date of shipment for local (US and Canada. Estimated delivery time to Europe and Australia via Canada Postal Service International Air mail is between 4-7 days business days from shipment.

Our experience is that regarding other countries, some packages take 7-10 days due to customs and the international climate. Items and packages exported outside Canada may incur duties and/or taxes. For an exact cost of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. Please make sure the "Ship To" address you enter during checkout is correct, as we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. We require a Pay Pal verified shipping address for shipment of your items. Overnight delivery services are at an extra cost.

We DO NOT accept return on items. The primary reason for that is: hygienic purposes and customer trust/satisfaction. Since we have been in the retail and wholesale business for over a decade, we always offer our customers items that are in brand new and unworn condition, so when they receive or purchase an item, they are the first one and the only one that has the right of usage for that particular piece. To uphold that on moral grounds, we do not accept any returns once the item has been sold and shipped. Unlike other eBay vendors, we do not pass on used, returned, damaged or worn jewelry from one customer to another to make a few quick bucks. That's our Philosophy!

1) How we compare with other vendors on eBay?

All our jewelry items are marked “925”for the silver grading and is guaranteed free of any nickel content. All gemstones used in the making of the pendants are authentic semi-precious stones and are professionally graded for highest quality as it has to pass through our QC department before it is posted. These are designer Jewelry, so overall much more superior in terms of durability and quality.

2) What is considered .925 silver according to North American Standard?

Silver is alloyed because in its pure form it is too soft. In North America, to be stamped as 'silver' the metal must be 92.5 percent pure, which is why you'll usually see the stamp '925' on sterling jewellery; the other 7.5 percent is copper.

3) How do I take care of my Silver Jewelry?

Sterling silver (.925 or free-form) is a precious metal and therefore requires cleaning from time to time. Storing your jewelry in small zip-lock bags away from oxygenated area or moisture driven environment and from direct exposure to sunlight can minimize tarnish and dullness, making it look like new. Since our jewelry is enclosed with stones, a important fact to be noted is that any sort of chlorine or bleach can accelerate tarnishing and will harm stones such as: Titanium Druzy, Pyrite ammonite, Moldavite, Lapis Lazuli, Rhodocrosite, Coral, Malachite and every sorts of pearls.

4) Where is your studio located? Where do you manufacture your items?

We are located in British Columbia, Canada. We manufacture our larger order items in Italy through Kaiser Industries, a reputable company father/son duo master-craftsmen in silver business for over 27 years. Since 2005, we also manufacture our own pieces at our design studio in Canada for small quantity orders which includes more exclusive items designed by Sarah.

12) Can I do a walk in at your showroom to do local pick-ups?

Sorry !! Local pick-ups for online jewelry purchases are not available due to high volume of merchandise processing going around in our office to serve our existing and online customers better and also to ensure the quality of service provided on an equilibrium basis.
