SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We dispatch all of our orders within 1-2 business days so you will receive your gear as soon as possible. Confirmation of dispatch will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Combined postage is available on all of our items, please see the listing for prices.

Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on business days only.

Deliveries usually take between 1 and 4 business days, whilst remote areas may take a few more days.

 

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and bank transfers. We only dispatch when payment has cleared, which usually immediately for PayPal and up to 3 business for bank transfers.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer you a 30 day return or exchange and products must be sent back in their original condition. There will no refund for used or worn items. The customer must pay for any return postage, unless we have sent you the wrong product or you have received a faulty item. In which case, please contact our customer services team who can sort it out for you.
