A signature is required on delivery. Please let us know if you require the tracking number. If you have not received your item within in 1-5 working days please let us know so your item can be traced. The postman does not always leave a card, so if your item has not turned up it is usually at your nearest sorting office, but please let us know so we can chase it up. Items are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after posting.

Standard delivery can be requested, please let us know asap. However we are not responsible for any lost items as these items cannot be tracked.

If you require you’re item sooner, please opt for next day delivery which guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after dispatch. This service is trackable, and a signature is required on delivery. Unfortunately there is an extra charge  for the item to arrive on a Saturday. Next day delivery items cannot always be dispatched on the day of payment so please buy your item in good time. We combine postage for additional items purchased if the items are paid for together.
£1.25 per additional item.

If items are paid for separately, postage discount cannot be applied

♥♥♥ RETURNS ♥♥♥

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item/s within 7 working days of receipt. A refund, minus postage costs, will be issued on receipt, or the item may be exchanged for another size / colour if preferred. The item/s must be returned in its original condition with tags still attached. Returned items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke and perfume. We will not refund items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled.  Please include your Ebay user ID with the item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, as is the cost of returning the item.
