We begin processing all orders the same day if the payment is cleared before 12pm noon Pacific Standard Time, Mondays-Friday. All orders processed after 12pm will be shipped the following day. For orders made on Saturday, they will be processed and ship to you the following Monday.
We use a variety of popular shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FED-EX to best serve our customers. We select the appropriate shipping provider based on the product which has been purchased, the shipping time frame that is selected during checkout, and the destination address provided.
We only ship to the address provided during checkout, and we are unfortunately able to change the shipping address when the payment has been submitted. We do not ship to hotel or motel rooms and they will be cancelled or refunded if you have done so.
We do ship overseas or anywhere international. The buyer is responsible for the additional shipping cost of international fees.
All international customs duties and fees are subject to individual country rules and regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. We aren’t liable for any damage to the product that is shipped outside of the United States.
