Our packages are shipped via UPS and USPS. Once tracking is available for the shipment it is updated to your order information. Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked at http://www.ups.com and with USPS at http://www.usps.com. If you would like to contact the shipping carriers directly, UPS can be reached by phone at 1-800-742-5877 and USPS at 800-275-8777.
Unless expedited shipping is requested, packages are shipped with standard shipping. UPS shipments will be delivered within 3-5 business days and USPS packages will vary in delivery times, depending if they are international or domestic shipments. You may contact us if you have any questions or concerns in regards to the delivery of your package.
We offer a full 60 days for returns in unworn condition and original packaging for exchanges or refunds. Please email us and let us know which one you would prefer. We will respond within 24 business hours with an RMA# and return instructions. Returns received will be fully refunded as long as they are in the original condition. We do reserve the right to reject returns or apply a 30% restocking fee for returns that are received with excessive wear so please try your shoes on indoors.
Returns received without the original packaging (shoebox), will have $10 deducted from the refund amount. If returns are intended for exchanges and are received in either of these conditions, the return will then be processed for a refund and the terms will apply.
Exchanges will be processed according to availability. If the product is not available once the return is received and processed the return will be fully refunded.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. That is unless there is a manufacturer's defect or the cause for the return is in some way our error. In these cases we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. We have great rates with UPS and if you are returning for a refund, we can provide a return shipping label for around $8. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
