Shipping

All of our products are stocked at our warehouse in the UK and we aim to deliver all items within 2-3 days (Mon - Friday 9am - 6.00pm) after payment and cleared funds have been received.

We use the best couriers available to us to ensure that your product is received on time and in great condition. In most cases a signature will be required.

All items will be securely packaged and tracking information provided where available given once your item has been collected from our warehouse.

Please be aware that due to courier restrictions some areas require a small surcharge - please contact us for more info on this.

All of our items are available to international bidders. We welcome bids from outside of the United Kingdom however, please contact us through the eBay contact seller button or our via email at sales@i-stokit.co.uk to confirm the postage cost BEFORE bidding.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 working days as per the Distant Selling Regulations.

Please note that you must notify us by email at sales@i-stokit.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving the item.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return costs of items and to ensure that all returns are insured against loss or damage.

Any items returned for a refund must be complete with all original packaging and be in a resalable condition.

A: The dispatch email which we send to you will include a unique tracking reference number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel and also a link to the appropriate couriers website. If you did not recieve a dispatch email please check to see if your item has been updated to dispatched in your ebay account and check if the tracking information has been provided.
