PAYMENT is expected within 3 days. There will be an automatic non-pay request on the 4^th day if payment is not received. If you need longer, please email me, we can work something out.

RETURNS: In most cases I will take returns. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If the return is for any other reason than gross misrepresentation on my part, buyer will be responsible for a restocking fee equal to that of MY shipping costs. If you win an item, then change your mind, you may be responsible for a restocking fee of 5% of the cost of the item. I will make this determination. During heavy shopping holidays, listing time is at a premium. I can lose crucial time and money if you win an item then change your mind.

SHIPPING TIME: I strongly believe in fast pay and fast ship. Unless extraordinary circumstances prevail, I will do my best to get your item shipped within the next business day of your payment. I know you will be eagerly awaiting your purchase! I will always provide a tracking number. When you are rating feedback, please rate me on the time it took me to ship your item, and not on the time it took for you to receive it. I am not in control over the postal system, nor the weather. If tracking on your package states it has been delivered, yet you have not received it, please contact USPS.com for information. Once the package is accepted at my area post office, it is out of my hands, so make sure your eBay address is correct, and there is a safe place for your package to be received. I cannot refund payment for items that the USPS claims as received.

SHIPPING COSTS: Please understand pricing when you look at shipping costs. I am not only responsible for postage, but for  tracking, packaging, ink for printing labels, time it takes to pack the item, delivery to the post office, as well as a 10% gross fee to eBay and 3% fee to  PayPal. I do not make money on shipping, and I pack my items as carefully as possible. If you don’t feel the shipping price is fair, discuss it with me prior to bidding. If you purchase more than one item from me within 3 days of purchase, I will provide discounted combined shipping costs if at all possible. Feel free to contact me prior to bidding for an estimate of combined shipping. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR ALL ITEMS TO BE COMBINED.
