If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return all non engraved items and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Engraved & Personalised items are all made to order so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on these items unless there is a fault with the item or an error on our part in which case we would be happy to replace it.
