Return Policy

Samy’s Camera eBay has a 30-day return policy; our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased.

Please note: Samy's Camera Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee up to 15%.

International Orders: We are a US authorized dealer. Any products purchased that require charging, will require a convertor, which is not supplied by Samy's Camera. Returns: Please contact us via eBay’s email program to receive complete instructions. The import fees, duties and charges determined by your country to import the item are non-refundable. You will only be refunded the cost of the product (minus any restocking fee that would be applied to the return).

Shipping Policy

Online orders are shipped via FedEx with insurance. We offer, Ground, 2-Day and Standard Overnight. Customers who are unable to receive shipments to their billing address via FedEx can call 877-58-SAMYS (72697) to arrange for other shipping options. All orders valued over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.

Memory Cards are shipped Fed Ex Smart Post, please understand this service can take 7-10 business days. If you need a memory card sooner, we recommend you pay for faster delivery service.

International Orders: We are a US authorized dealer. Any products purchased that require charging, will require a convertor, which is not supplied by Samy's Camera.

Order submitted before 1:00pm PST, Monday - Friday will be processed that same day. This does not guarantee that your order will ship that same day. Orders are subject to verification and sometimes require additional information from the cardholder. These precautions are made with the card holder's interests in mind. We will attempt to reach the cardholder for up to five (5) working days after the order has initially gone through our verification department. After the allowed time, and if we are not able to verify the credit cardholders information, we will cancel the pending order.

Payment Policy (PayPal): We only ship to the same address as your payment billing address.

International: We only ship using the eBay Global shipping program and only ship to our approved countries. Please be aware that your item will ship to a sort facility and then to your home address. The import fees/duties and shipping costs are determined by this program. At checkout, you pay this in advance and there is no delay when receiving the item in your country at your home address.

For shipments to California & Nevada addresses, we are required by State law to collect Local Sales Tax.

We try and describe our products as best we can. Samy's Camera sells New and high quality Used, Open Box/Demo equipment that is physically examined before we list the product on eBay. Each Demo/Open Box may also have minor marks or cosmetic issues on the LCD/Body which do not impact a products performance.

Item Condition Description:
NEW (Brand New) New – Never Used – All original packaging and manuals included.

MINT (Like New) 96-100% of original condition – May have slight wear but only visible under close up inspection.

EXC+ (Excellent Plus) 90-95% of original condition – Product cosmetically may show slight wear and/or signs of use.

EXC (Excellent)85-89% of original condition – Shows signs of moderate use – Product is in great condition but may have some dust or marks which will not affect performance.

GOOD (Good) 75-84% of original condition – Appears well used and may include dings, brassing, scrapes and bruises but is in fully functional condition. Product may have cleaning marks or small scratches which won't affect picture quality.

FAIR (Fair) 50-74% of original condition – Appears to have been used very heavily with multiple dings, scrapes, scratches and heavy brassing all possible. Product may have fungus, excessive dust and/or scratches that will likely affect picture quality.

AS-IS (Broken) Product is not working/functioning as it should and be sold AS-IS for parts, non-returnable.

International Buyers: We use eBay's Global Shipping program and do not ship to countries outside of our approved countries and this program. We do not mark items as "gift", nor will we understate the value of an item for customs reasons. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and pay for any customs, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. Those fees are determined by individual countries, not by Samy's Camera. Please note these fees are non-refundable if you decide to return the item for any reason.
