Feedback

We will always leave feedback once payment is received and we have shipped the item. We would be grateful if you would leave us feedback once you are happy with your item and our service. We are heavily reliant on customer feedback as it helps us to provide you with a more improved shopping experience as well as provide a representation of us as a charity, which money cannot buy.

Gift Aid

We currently donate 100% of our proceedings to our charity!
You can increase that donation further by adding Gift Aid.
Gift Aid helps any charity you support with an extra 25p for every pound you spend.
To qualify for Gift Aid you must be a UK tax payer and pay more in income/capital gains tax than charities reclaim on your donations each tax year.
To make a Gift Aid declaration you can do so in your "Donation Account" within "My eBay" under the "Account" section.
Beneath the settings section, click on the "Gift Aid" link and you will be able to edit your Gift Aid status.

Payment

Payment must be via PayPal only unless item is collected in person.
In which case cash will be accepted upon collection.
Items are dispatched as soon as payment is cleared.

Returns

Buy it now items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Postage is at the buyers expense and adequate packaging must be used to prevent any damage during the delivery process.
Please contact us first before you return the item and/or if the item is faulty or not as described.
When the item is returned it must be in top condition and be resaleable (unless the item was broken upon arrival).
Buyers who have purchased items overseas will also be required to pay for postage and correct customs declaration form completed fully.
HOWEVER
If the wrong item was sent to you we will reimburse the cost of postage whether you are from the UK or elsewhere in the world.
We will also provide you information on the best service for you to return your item.
We will require photographic evidence of the item and of the packaging.

Once items have been returned and analysed will then the buyer be offered a replacement or refund through PayPal.

Dispatch

Items are usually dispatched on the day payment has been cleared.
However, as we are a business who is only open Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM GMT, we can only guarantee same day dispatch on payments which have been cleared BEFORE 4PM GMT.
Items which are ordered after this time will be dispatched the next day, unless the order was made on a Friday or weekend.
Orders placed after 4PM GMT on a Friday up until Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Purchases made during a public holiday or bank holiday will be dispatched the soonest working day.

Delivery & delivery times

The delivery services we can provide you are Royal Mail, Airmail, International signed for Airmail and Airsure.
Please contact us about which item you wish to purchase and how you wish for it to be delivered if the option is not available within the postage policy.
We are limited as to how many options we can provide under each postage policy, so we are not able to provide all of our delivery methods.
It is therefore important for you to contact us if you wish your item to be delivered under another option.

UK

For residents within the UK, the delivery should take no longer than 3-4 working days under 2nd class postage and 1-2 working days under 1st class postage.
If the delivery has taken longer than 5 working days please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to investigate the problem.

Europe

Buyers who are purchasing from Europe can expect their item to be delivered between 3-5 working days under Airmail and 2-4 working days under Airsure.
If the delivery has taken longer than 7 working days please contact us so that we can try to solve it.

Rest of the world

Residents from the rest of the world can expect their item to be delivered within 7 working days under Airmail and within 6 days under Airsure.
If the delivery has taken longer than 10 working days please contact us for us to investigate the situation.

Compensation
Airmail provides an inclusive £20 compensation if something was to happen to your item.
International signed for Airmail and Airsure offer £50 inclusive compensation.
