What we need from you and what you should expect from us
We need you need to ship your laptop to us as complete as possible for reconditioning and/or repair. If you machine has been run over by a car and is completely demolished or if has been fully submerged in water, chances are we are not going to be able to service your machine. The typically turn-around time for service takes approximately 2 to 5 business days. Some special circumstances may take a little bit longer than expected. If, for whatever reason, we cannot repair your machine then we will contact you immediately to discuss other alternatives. Please rest assured that we will work with you in any way, shape, form, fashion, manner, or capacity we possibly can to make sure you are 110% satisfied with our service.

We absolutely do recommend that you remove your hard drive before shipping your machine to us. While we do take every precaution necessary when handling your property, we do not want to be held liable for the loss of data due to routine repairs. We will absolutely, positively never ever copy or distribute any of your data. We are extremely serious about your privacy and security.
We cannot and will not be responsible for any data loss if you leave your drive in. If you need assistance and/or directions with removing your hard drive, please let us know.
Please do not ship the power cord unless your machine is experiencing any charging issue.
If possible, ship your machine in its original packaging. If that is not possible, please visit your local to a UPS or FedEx store and they will supply you with the appropriate shipping materials at a little cost. When we return your machine, we will insure your item up to $500. If you believe that a greater amount of insurance is needed then please let us know. You, the customer, will need to be responsible for the difference in shipping cost.
We cannot and will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Please be sure to include the service form inside the box which we have provided you via email so we can check it into our shop upon receipt.
