Shipment

Payment

Packing
・	To protect the parcel  against damages on the way to your country, we will use Aircap  (barrier bubble wrap) for all items as  possible as we can do.We use plastic bag to protect item against water and  humidity for all items
・	If you have any  request how to packing, please contact us. If special packing invite to  increase weight, shipping rate will be increased.
・	If the parcel is  damaged on the way to your country, you can have a claim for damages when you  use insued mail. When you receive the damaged parcel, please claim to local  Post Office immediately first. After that, local post office will transfer  the claim to Japan Post. At the same time, please  inform us about you claim to local Post  Office. Japan Post contact us about how to pay back money.
Return
・	Shipping Mistake or  Defective Items : In the case of shipping mistake and item defect, we always  accept requests to return item if it is in "as sold" condition for  any reason and if made within 14 days after the delivery was completed to  you.  In the case of retail items,  "as sold" condition means the item is like brand new condition  without cutting, tearing, damage and opened to the outer and inside package.  It should be as packed by the manufacturer.  Unless the return is necessary due to a  shipping mistake or defective item, the shipping cost back to Japan is your  responsibility (We request returned fee to you).
・	Shipping Damaged  Items : In the case of insured mail, before you accept any tracking delivery,  please make certain to examine the item for any signs of damage. If you  receive shipping damaged item(s), you claim delivery person or local post  office(tracking company) first. Please note once you have signed for  delivery, you may not be able to file a claim with the tracking company.  After file your claim, tracking company will transfer your claim to Japan  Post . After that we can claim compensation for damage to Japan Post. After  we refunded, we will pay the money back to you. In the  case of uninsured shipment, if the parcel will be lost, theft or damaged on  the way to your country, we can not request Japan Post compensation and we  can not refund you.  customs in your  country.
