Free Shipping Policies (applies to domestic orders only)

We offer free standard domestic shipping on all fixed price items (unless the items are large or heavy).

Domestic Transit Time for orders containing Fixed Price Items:

• Standard -- 1 to 7 business days (weekends not included unless on delivery)
• Expedited: Priority Mail Shipping -- 2 to 3 business days
• One-Day Service: UPS Next Day Air -- 1 day

All items are shipped via FedEx and ship within 24 hours of payment. If there is a problem before shipping we will notify the customer via eBay. We do not ship on weekends. Tracking numbers are loaded automatically to eBay purchases.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories/APO destinations. We only ship within the 48 states for domestic shipping.

Return Policy

If the unit is not as described please let us know within 7 business days and we will take it back and pay for the return shipping. If the customer made a mistake then he will be responsible for 10% return fee and shipping back and forth.
