Payment methods

Paypal, Postal order, cash on collection and most major debit/credit cards will be accepted by telephone payment, please call 0113 2029990, please purchase your item before calling us for payment. All goods will be dispatched within 24 working hours of recieving payment. If you're paying by cheque, please be aware goods will not be dispatched until the check has cleared, this can take approximately 5 working days. It must be complete with full name and postal address, including postcode and contact  telephone number. All goods are dispatched on 1 to 7 day service.


Returns

We are happy to accept the return of goods if they are unused, in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods within fifteen working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. 

Please note, any item that needs to be returned for any reason, the return postage will have to paid by yourself.
 We will refund the return postage charges only if the goods are: 
1)Different to those ordered by you (SENT IN ERROR) 
2) A Faulty item and under warranty. 
This will be at the standard postage rate, any further costs will not be reimbursed unless we have previously agreed 


Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused, or a re-stocking fee may be applied (up to 20%)
 

 How to return goods
 You must notify us through eBay's messaging system that you will be returning goods, (and reason). Please wait for a reply, this may take up to 3 working days. When we have responded to the request please print off all messages between us and return with item, we will then know who the item has come from and why its been returned.

Shipping

1:We try to dispatch within 24 working hours, once the funds has been received in our account.



2: Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site.



3:We use Royal Mail for most of our orders and Parcelforce for larger items, it usually takes 2 to 3 working days for deliveries, but it's not guaranteed.



4: Usually, all orders get delivered. However, sometimes an item can go missing during transit. If you don't get your order within 5 working days, please let us know so we can look into it for you. A lost item case can not be filed until 10 working days from dispatch. More details in Contact Us tab 



5: We also use Parcel force 48 Hours for bigger and more expansive items.



6: We offer express delivery service for an additional cost £7.50. Same day despatch can also be arranged, however this is dependent on stock levels and time of request. Please contact us to arrange on 01132029990 



7: Pick-up service is available, Please call us before collecting your item to check stock availability, stock levels are always changing. Before collecting please purchase the products through ebay first, then call us for a collection reference number, we will then print the invoice and prepare your items for collection. 



8. Orders will be shipped to the buyer's ebay address (supplied at checkout) only. Ensure your address is correct before placing your order with us, please provide a contact telephone number. 



9. NORTHERN IRELAND & SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS may incur an extra charge, we may also have to use an alternative method of dispatch.
 


10. We do not process Orders for shipment on weekends and holidays

Ordering 

Vehicle compatibility is a guide only and may not be 100% accurate.

With most vehicles there's usually a choice on the parts available, depending on all sorts of different things. Therefore, before ordering, please ensure you're positive the part you're purchasing is correct for your vehicle. If for any reason you are in doubt, please call us on 01132029990, or send your vehicle registration number in a message, we will then try and ensure that the parts are correct with the information you have supplied. 
 WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUYING PURCHASING THE INCORRECT PART

Payment  

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site. We do not offer any credit facilities, we will not deliver goods to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering. 
Please note, for security reasons we do not accept telephone orders. You can pay for items over the phone, but they will have to be purchased through eBay first. 


Delivery 

Delivery will be made to the address supplied by yourself at the time of ordering, through ebay check out. If you require the order posting to an alternative address, we will cancel the order for you to repurchase with the correct delivery address. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, what ever the cause. Returns 

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided you inform us within 15 working days of receipt of the order and that the goods, together with the documentation required, are returned to us in a resalable condition to the address specified. Guarantee 

All items come with a 12 month guarantee unless stated otherwise 

This is against a manufacturers defect/fault 

Should any defect/fault be alleged on any item supplied within one year after purchase from us, we we will request an immediate return of the part which is alleged to be defective for inspection. Should any fault be found by us on examination to be solely due to defective material or workmanship, we will supply a new part in place, free of charge. We do not undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in reinstating a repaired part or inserting a new part. we will not be answerable for any contingent, consequential, resulting liability, loss, damage or personal injury, whether to the purchaser or any other third party arising through any defect, or for any claim for labour, material or other expenditure incurred in remedying any defect.

FAQ



If you haven't received your item 
 
I'm sure you're aware that as soon as we dispatch an order it is out of our control: 
 
The following issues may have occurred:  

-Your item has been delayed at one of depots that it may have passed through to get to your local office 

-Your item was too big to post and has been returned to your local delivery office awaiting further instructions (In most cases a card is left informing you) 

- The item has unforunately been lost 

If this is the case we will resend your item after we have investigated this issue, and we have received confirmation of the delivery address supplied. No resends with be made until it has been 10 working days from dispatch, incase the item has been  delayed, we will then submit a claim with the courier used  
 


If you have received the incorrect item, or the item is damaged

On a daily basis we dispatch a large volume of items, therefore, on the rare occasion we do make a picking error. If this is the case with the item you've received we ask that you inform us ASAP. We may ask for a immediate return of the item and when we have received it back, we will then despatch the correct ordered item. Also, we will refund you for the return postage. Alternativelt, if you require the correct item urgently, we may ask you repurchase the order, this will then be sent as a separate order, and a full refund will be given once the incorrect item has been received 

Damaged
 
If the item you've received is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP on (0113 2029990), we will then arrange a replacement to be sent. We may ask the courier for confirmation before we resend your item, or for you to send us a picture to confirm the damage

 

 If you require a refund

A refund for any item can only be considered once that item has been returned to us. 

If you havent received your order a refund will only be made after we have investigated with the courier used, and they have  confirmed that your item has been damaged or lost. This may take up to 10 working day from date of dispatch.
