DELIVERY

Standard delivery is International priority registered (with tracking number) letter-post service via "Lietuvos pastas" International ordinary.

Expected delivery time is 7-28 working days.

All orders are dispatched from Vilnius, Lithuania. All times are approximate. Please allow slightly longer for weekends and national holidays. Delivery can sometimes take longer than the amount of time stated for destinations which have a slower local postal service.

If the item remains undelivered after the required 28 working days we will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.

DISPATCH

Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order within 24 hours to the address given at checkout.

If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched we will add tracking information to let you know that your order is on its way.

PAYMENT

PayPal is our only accepted method of payment.

You do not need a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal.

If you do not already have a PayPal account, simply click on the 'Buy It Now' button and follow the eBay checkout instructions. You will then be able to enter your card details in order to pay via PayPal even if you do not already have a PayPal account.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted, except for faulty items or a different item to the one you ordered.

Please ensure that all purchases are inspected thoroughly upon delivery. If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered, please contact us for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.

OTHER

We can offer larger quantities than what we currently have listed on eBay. We are able to offer discounts for purchases of multiple items.
