  • Installation

    Laptop Keyboards Replacement seems like a daunting task but it can be done pretty easily. All you need is a set of Precision Screwdrivers and a bit of Courage. If you search using your laptop make and model for “keyboard replacement” instructions, you would find useful videos on YouTube or Google on how to replace your keyboard. E.g. for Dell Inspiron 1545 you would need to type in “Dell Inspiron 1545 keyboard replacement” on YouTube or Google search box.

  • Choosing the right keyboard

    It is best to check the following before purchasing a laptop keyboard:

    -Compare whether the shape, size and position of the ribbon connector on the keyboard is the same as your old keyboard.

    -Compare whether the front layout of the keyboard looks the same. Some keys will be different on US layout keyboards. Some keyboards might have an additional number pad on the right hand side of the keyboard as well.

    -Compare whether there are same numbers of screw holes on the reverse of the keyboard and in a similiar position.

    -Compare whether the keyboard has the same number of clips and in the same position.

  • Payment

  • Warranty and returns

    All our laptop keyboards have a 1 year warranty against defects such  as non functioning keys or keyboard. Physical damage to the product would not be accepted for replacement under warranty. All our returns are inspected upon receipt.

    If the product develops a fault, the Buyer must return the product at his/her own cost. We shall test it and replace it once the fault has been verified.

    Please ask for an RMA number before sending a product back. This helps us keep track of your return. A returned box without an RMA number will take a lot more time to process and will thus be given least priority in our returns department.

  • Shipping

    We ship our products all over UK using well known reliable postal/ courier services (mostly Royal Mail for single orders and UPS for larger orders)

    Shipping is free for most products unless specified in the postage section (larger items might require some additional fee). You can also choose an express delivery for which there is a standard fee (please check the postage section).

    We ship to most countries in Europe including Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, Greece, Italy etc. There is an additional shipping charge for international orders. If your country is not listed please email us to confirm whether we can ship there or not.

    Orders placed before 3:30 pm will be shipped out the same day.
