This is made out of glass.  The Bottle measures 4 7/8"T and 2 1/4"W. This is a neat Decorative Vintage Mrs. Stewart's Bluing Glass Ink Bottle .  The bottle appears to be in good condition, please note the bottle may have minor scratches viewable under a microscope and some ink that is still on it.   This Vintage Mrs. Stewart's Bluing Glass Ink Bottle would be a nice addition to any collection in your house or as a gift.
