It's pretty obvious just judging by the price I'm selling them. Original DVDs straight from S.Korea factories cost P5000+. You're Beautiful Director's Cut Boxed Set alone costs P7,500. And IF these were original and factory-sealed, I don't have the need to guarantee buyers of its quality since if it has any defects, the very company/factory is responsible for it, not I.

2. ALL OF THE DVDs are high quality, with complete episodes and complete English subtitles. No special episodes included. No need to ask me again and again if it's complete, with English subtitles, etc. because it is. I wouldn't be selling incomplete and sub-less dramas because if I were, it would have reflected in my feedback ratings, right?

9. In the event that you will encounter any problem with the disc(s) [e.g. factory defect / blank disc], contact me as soon as possible. Inform me the Name of the Series, Disc #, and Episode #. Request for replacement will only be honored if within 1 month from date of shipment.
