Our Shipping Charges:
1. If FREE SHIPPING is offered, it is for domestic continental US destinations only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Terratories must use paid shipping and handling. International sales will also be charged shipping and handling. We reserve the right to substitute FedEx Ground in place of UPS Ground at our discretion. We also reserve the right to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority or Express mail at our choosing. If we choose to upgrade the mailing service there will be no additional cost to you.
2. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax to grand total. No local pick up.
3. Please contact us via e-mail within 3 days after end of auction if not paid by then.
4. Payment must be received within 10 days after end of auction. If payment is not received within 10 days, we must relist the item and request credit from ebay. We operate our business Monday - Friday. If payment is made via Paypal by 6PM ET on a business day, we usually ship the following business day. Holidays or other circumstances may occasionally cause a departure from our normal shipping schedule.
5. Please pay through Paypal (preferred).
International Shipping:
If the total of all items purchased exceeds $40.00, First Class Mail is not available.
If the total of all items purchased exceeds $70.00, Insurance will be required.
If the total of all items purchased exceeds $100.00 and the package is going internationally, Express Mail and Phone Number will be required.
Returns -
If sold under the 14 day guarantee, the item may be returned if not as described in the ad. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery date to claim DOA status. We must receive the item within 10 days of your claim. Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship a replacement or refund. Original Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15 percent restock fee ($5.00 minimum).
