Shipments: Monday-Friday, No weekends or holidays.

Requirements for all returns and exchanges: 

- ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

- Please contact us before making a return or an exchange for instructions.

- Anything shipped back to us needs to be wrapped or put in another shipping box to protect the item and the item box.

- We DO NOT accept items that have been damaged or tampered with. We also do not accept item boxes that have writing or any damage directly to them.

- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

- Items that are sent back for returns/exchanges CAN NOT be previously worn.

- Return/exchanges must be mailed with all tags attached to the item as it was received.

- After 14 days of purchase items are accepted back for exchanges only.

- Please allow up to ten business days for returns to be processed. We value each customer and will process returns in the order that we receive them.

 

U.S. Shipping: Our packages are sent UPS, FED EX, OR USPS (Priority and Express only). Express will cost extra so please notify seller before purchase if this is the preferred option.

 

International Shipping: We ship with USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL (Express will cost extra). Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. On rare occasions customs holds a product in their care or shipping takes longer than usual. In these cases please keep in contact with us and allow 30-45 days for the product to arrive. International buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by their country. 

 

PRODUCT DETAILS: All of our items are brand new with original packaging and tags. Colors shown may vary slightly because of camera set up and your own computer resolution. We have included the color name and the style number on the auction for your look up purposes.
