We aim to give the best and most honest service that we can provide and so our buyers can buy with confidence we use the following grading system.

NEW (BN) : This item is still factory sealed therefore unplayed and unused.

LIKE NEW (LN) :  An item that looks like it has just been taken out of its shrink wrap. No visible wear, and the item is flawless and intact. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections..

VERY GOOD (VG) :  An item that has been used, but is in very good condition. No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks, or holes. The cover art and liner notes are included. The CD or DVD box is included. The video game instructions and box are included. The teeth of the disk holder (in the DVD box) is undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on the CD or DVD, when played. No fuzzy or snowy frames on VHS tape, when played. ACCEPTABLE (A) :  An item that has been used but is good condition. May have minor damage to jewel case or item cover, including scuffs, cracks, or scratches. Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback, we are only human and mistakes do happen. But we aim to rectify our mistakes in a pleasant and swift way. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.
 
We refund within 3 days of the item being returned. We will not refund without the item being returned to us. This is not only to protect us from fraudulent claims but without the returned item we are unable to make improvements to our service. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
