If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please go to My Account and click ‘request return’ and fill in all the relevant information needed for us to process your refund/exchange. Please ensure that you include your original invoice in the parcel to help us process your refund.
Returned items must be returned to us in the original, saleable condition. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
Please note
If the product we have sent you is faulty/incorrect please contact us on contact us .Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by the postal service, before you ring customer services as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. We strongly advise you to use a tracking service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.

7 Days cooling off period
Under the UK distance selling regulations, you as a customer have 7 working days from the day after you receive your items to cancel the contract for your order with us. To do this you MUST inform us in writing. (Please refer to our return address above).
For the contract to be cancelled you MUST return ALL items in your order in their original packaging and suitable for re-sale. These items must not be worn or used in any way.
Using our online returns form is NOT considered a cancellation of your order. This must be in writing to our returns address for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract.
Incorrect, faulty or damaged items
Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please fill in the returns form online and post the item back to us. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty item to do this.
We strongly advise you to use a tracking delivery service. Please include tracking receipt in return parcel and we will refund the cost. However please take note of the tracking number so you can track your parcel. Please note we can only refund when we receive the items back.
Refunds
We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your items however this will exclude postage costs incurred by both the seller and buyer.
If you cancel the contract under the distance selling regulations 7 day cooling off period, then you will be entitled to a full refund which is the price of the item plus the original delivery charge.
This also applies to any faulty or incorrect items sent out to you. However any items returned outside the 7 day cooling off period will NOT be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge.
Exchanges
Please return the item you wish to exchange to us including your original invoice and a cover note requesting an exchange providing we have the item in stock. We do charge a re-delivery fee to send out your exchange, therefore please contact us to arrange payment of this. Once your exchange has been processed we will email you to let you know this has been done.
Please Note
We strongly advise you when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc. do not leave marks or scents on the items. We will not accept the return of used or soiled items.
Returns On Free Post Items
PLEASE NOTE All items which carry free postage will exclude the postage cost we paid for the item if the buyer requires a refund. The buyer will be presented with a receipt with the delivery postcode and the charge we incurred. |
