FREE 2nd Class UK Delivery

All ebay delivery dates are 'ESTIMATES'.  They are not actual or guaranteed delivery dates.To avoid disappointment and to ensure you receive items in good time, we advise all buyers allow the following number of days for delivery:2nd Class - Please allow up to 6 working days from date of dispatch for delivery.  If items are needed sooner please pay for 1st class post.1st Class - Please allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for delivery.  If items are needed sooner please pay for next day delivery.

AIRMAIL International Delivery
We send all International items Air Mail. This process can take anywhere from 3-10 days normally, 
however the Royal Mail state that it can take 25 working days to complete the overseas delivery process and an item is not considered lost until this period is up.  
If you require your items in a hurry, please contact us and we can arrange for International Signed for or Airsure service to be added to your bill.
 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

PLEASE READ: 1st and 2nd class standard and recorded delivery are NOT Guaranteed Delivery Services. The only delivery service Royal Mail will guarantee is TRACK & TRACE and EXPRESS DELIVERY (offered on every listing). All eBay delivery dates and our own delivery dates are ESTIMATES, they are NOT GUARANTEED delivery dates. During busier periods, such as Christmas and bank holidays some parcels may take longer then expected to arrive and we advise all buyers to be aware of this, and to allow extra time for your items to arrive. Although every effort is made on our part to get items out quickly, we do not deliver them ourselves and are therefore relying on Royal Mail to get them delivered on time. A recent face to face meeting with a Royal Mail representative confirmed that 98% of post arrives without issue, which does mean that 2% may get lost or delayed, which we unfortunately cannot do anything about. Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent, please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be assured it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail. We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time, but please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.

We aim to dispatch all orders paid for by 12pm on the same day, otherwise orders will be dispatched on the following working day.  All ebay delivery dates are 'ESTIMATES'; they are not actual or guaranteed delivery dates.


SPECIAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS: (Please read especially if you're using the Ebay App)

Special Offers and Promotional Discounts may not display properly if using a mobile phone or the Ebay App on a PC/Laptop. Add your items to the basket and pay in  paid for in one transaction to qualify.  Items paid for singly (especially when using the ebay app) will not benefit from any special offers or discounts offered. WE WILL be unable to issue refunds where buyers have paid in multiple transactions and therefore not qualified for the Offers/Discounts offered. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the Offer/Discount has applied to their order BEFORE they pay. A Promotion that offers a discount when buying over a certain number of items will only apply when that number of single items has been 'Added To Basket' from a single item listing, or when that many variations from a drop down menu listing has been 'Added To Basket'. For Example if an item listed in a drop down menu says Napkins x 40 this would be regarded as 1 item and not 40. If a promotion offers a discount when 3 or more items are purchased, you would have to 'Add To Basket' 3 lots of Napkins x 40 to qualify. 

 
MOBILE PHONE AND I-PAD USERS:
 
If you are using an ipad/mobile phone please access ebay via the internet, NOT using the Ebay App, you will then be able to 'ADD TO BASKET' in one transcation.  Alternatively you can purchase additional items by sending a message via Ebay messaging service.
 

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED:

Most parcels are received within the time specified on the listing, if you do not receive your items within this time please check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail DON'T always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirm the name and address on the order before sending out replacements or issuing a refund. We will check the sorting office ourselves wherever possible, if your parcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed.
